A Methodology for Evaluating the Efficiency of Inventories in Agro-Industrial Clusters Through Kpis

Abstract

This article studies the essence and economic characteristics of agro-industrial clusters and the methodological basis of using the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) system in determining their performance indicators. By evaluating the movement of inventories (supply)—one of the main indicators of the production activity of agro-industrial clusters—through the KPI system, it becomes possible to analyze their efficiency and effectiveness and to identify deviations from the planned indicators. On this basis, the performance of the cluster’s activity can be assessed and improved.
