Implementation of a Smart Neighborhood in the City of Urganch and Upgrading of Infrastructure Based on Eco-Technologies

This study covers the implementation of a smart neighborhood model in the city of Urganch and the renewal of urban infrastructure based on modern eco-technologies. The study substantiates the relevance of introducing digital control systems, energy-saving solutions, the concept of "green mobility", principles of sustainable urban planning and ecologically safe infrastructure elements. Within the framework of the proposed smart neighborhood model, smart solutions such as intelligent lighting systems, renewable energy sources, sensor-based monitoring, automated waste management system, bicycle and pedestrian lanes are integrated in accordance with the complex climate conditions. The results of the research show that development based on smart and eco-technological infrastructure increases the stability and efficiency of the city, reduces resource consumption and serves to create an environmentally safe, innovative urban environment in Urganch.
